What began as a small initiative by a group of wellness practitioners has grown into something meaningful for the community.

In 2019, we noticed something. People in Petaling Jaya were stressed — genuinely, deeply stressed. But they weren’t getting practical, actionable solutions. Most resources felt generic, like they were written for everyone and no one at the same time. We decided to do something different.
